Pettit Lake

Located in Idaho

Pettit Lake is located in Central Idaho, near the town of Stanley. It is situated in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area and is surrounded by the Sawtooth Mountains. The lake is popular for recreational activities such as fishing, boating, hiking, and camping. It is approximately 29 acres in size with a maximum depth of 20 feet. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout, and visitors can also catch brook trout and cutthroat trout. The surrounding area offers beautiful views and access to numerous hiking trails, including the popular Alice-Toxaway Loop trail.
